Our estate is surrounded by 60 hectares of vineyards, where the various varieties of grape we use to produce the products grow.
In the year 2000, we invested heavily in modernising the machinery and the wine cellar, where our own cava is produced traditionally. We also have an area fitted out for maturing wine in oak barrels.
Along with traditional production methods, the wine cellar, which are 10 metres deep with a constant year-round temperature of 14º, guarantee the aroma, "perlage" and "bouquet" of our cavas and wines.
