Elaboration

The musts to elaborate the Blanc de Blancs come from a light pressing of the grapes. The pressing extracts solely the part containing the components of the greater finesse of the berry.

It has been fermented at low temperature, in stainless steel tanks, devoting maximum attention to the conservation of the subtlest aromas derived from it, as well as an elegant, nearly imperceptible point of carbonic gas which stays until consumption.



Aroma

Variety of temperatures and the differentiated characteristics of the microclimate of the village of Òdena, with the notable altitude of its lands, grants a great finesse to these wines: apple, peach and pear, with notes of flowers.

 


Structure

A balanced structure, full body, well constituted. Pleasing passage in mouth.
