Elaboration

Grapes are selected in field. The vines productivity is limited in order to obtain the maximum quality.
Maceration and fermentation at controlled temperature.
Aged in barrels and bottles for a minimum of two years in all.

 

Structure

Of balanced structure, full body and character. Smooth astringency, round and glycerid.

 

Colour and aroma

Intense cherry colour with garnet and violaceous shades.
Deep varietal aromas, characteristic Merlot notes, plum, berries.
Smooth and persistent varietal aromas of Tempranillo.
The collection creates an explosion of aromas which fills all the senses.
