The higher altitude gives our wines extra finesse, and the strong heat allows the harvesting with good acidity and optimal alcohol content hence resulting in balanced wines.
The wine-making process takes place at low temperatures and preserves the fruity bouquet.
Bright rosy colour, with orangey reflections.
Varietal aromas. Fresh and parfumated.
In mouth: currant, cherries and cassis.
Its structure is balanced and its body is light, as befits a cava of medium alcoholic strength, well constituted, rather non-astringent due to the very light pressure used for grape-pressing.
